Q: What are the Steps for the Registration Process?

- Follow registration link to see Bala Vihar classes offered at your location.
- Select the class suitable for your child and click on REGISTER NOW to log into your account if you’ve used the system before or to create a new account if you don’t have one.
- If you have used the system before or have already created profiles for your children, you will see their name in PARTICIPANT drop down list. If you don’t see them in the participant list then ADD NEW PARTICIPANT and enter your child’s info.
- Once your child’s info has been saved, you will be able to select them from participant drop down.
- To register additional children in your family click on ADD MORE to select classes for other children. Sibling adjustment for family donation is applied at check out.
- Once you’ve added classes for all children click on continue to indicate your volunteer interest. Select at least one, but you’re most welcome to pick more!
- Review your cart and save $50/-when you register by 9 June 2024
- Click on CONFIRM to process payment.
- Payment is processed by PayPal but you DO NOT need a PayPal account. You can use your credit or debit card from Visa, Mastercard, Amex or Discover to make a payment. Do not close your browser until your payment has been successfully processed.
- When your payment has been successfully processed you will be redirected to a REGISTRATION COMPLETE page. A confirmation email will also be sent to your email address used for this registration
Q: What is the fee refund policy?
Fees will not be refunded after the start of session; please contact the Bala Vihar team for hardship or special circumstances.
Q: Can we pay the fees through a monthly plan?
This option is not available at this time; please contact the Bala Vihar team team for hardship or special circumstances.
Q: How can I volunteer/help?
We welcome volunteers and are always looking for additional participation in a number of areas. Please indicate your area of interest during the registration process and you will be contacted by the Bala Vihar team. Alternatively, please talk with one of the existing volunteers/leaders of the team about your interests and they will work with you.
Q: What happens after enrollment?
You should receive a confirmation email with the enrollment details; please contact the Bala Vihar team if you haven’t received confirmation. For any inaccuracies or questions, please contact the team immediately. Additional emails providing details on commencement of the session will be distributed closer to the start of the academic year.
