Whenever we feel tired of waiting, may we remember the patient Bharata who waited for 14 years for his brother to return to Ayodhya
When we feel weak and want to give up, may we remember the strong Sita Devi and how she endured staying in Ashoka Vatika and never gave in to Ravana
When we feel like it’s too hard to be good because we’re surrounded by so much temptation, may we remember the resilient Vibhishana who kept saying the name of Rama even while he was in Lanka like the tongue in between teeth
When we feel like we have lost faith, may we remember the resolute Shabari who kept on chanting the name of Rama not even knowing who he was and one day, he blessed her with his sight
When we feel sad to let someone go, may we remember the detached Sumitra Mata who told Lakshmana that he should consider Sita Devi as his mother and Sri Rama as his father and the forest as his home
When we feel tired or exhausted, may we remember the tenacious Lakshmana who didn’t sleep because he just kept an eye on Sri Rama & Sita Mata
When we feel a touch of arrogance, may we remember humble Hanuman who was a servant of Bhagavan and truly believed that everything happens because of God’s grace
When we feel lost and don’t know what to do, may we remember the virtuous Sri Rama who always lived a life of Dharma and kept Dharma above all
And at every moment, may our heads bow down to our entire Guru Parampara without whom we would have no knowledge of this beautiful story and its Divine glory
